Young Carl Manino, as seen in "Sue Ellen Chickens Out"
Carl Manino is the owner of the Sugar Bowl. He first appeared in Sue Ellen Chickens Out when Chickin Lickin' (owned by Beauregard Poulet) was attempting to purchase the rights to his restaurant, until Sue Ellen was creating a protest march to prevent the Sugar Bowl from being purchased out. He currently wears glasses.
