Otis is a character that first appeared in Arthur's Eyes as a background character, and later had many other background appearances. In Dancing Fools he is Muffy's dance partner. Throughout the entire series, his only speaking lines were "Arthur gleeps spam" and "I thought I was supposed to lead."

Otis also appeared in Buster's Alpine Express as a preshow video

Appearance

He is a brown colored bear that wears a cream colored sweater, blue jeans, and red and white shoes. He also has short black hair. In some of his cameos he wears glasses, such as in some episodes like Dancing Fools
