Otto Ratburn is the father of Arthur's third grade teacher Mr. Ratburn and substitute teacher sister Miss Ratburn and husband of Lisa Ratburn. He was only shown during a flashback in 1001 Dads in a late 1960s-style timeline. As his son is now a teacher at Lakewood Elementary School, it is likely that he is currently middle-aged.
Appearance
During Otto's only appearance in a flashback, he looks much like his son, but with slightly more hair that is colored brown and was wearing half-glasses, a white shirt, khakis with suspenders, and dark gray loafers.
