Mr. Bevel[1] teaches shop class at Lakewood Elementary School. In The Silent Treatment he asked Arthur, Binky, Buster, and George if they wanted to enter their projects in a wood-working contest.
He was also mentioned in Prunella and the Haunted Locker.
