Arthur is jealous of Buster when his friend's magic talents outshines his own.

- In the opening Arthur pulls out Buster from the hat and Buster "Fu, It was geting stuffy in their." He turns around and looks into the Camera and says "Now this is something you really enjoy." Which is paralle with the opening sequane in Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. Where Bullwinkle pulls Rocky out of the hat and he tells the audence "Now here is something you really enjoy."
