Summary

Arthur and D.W. go to spend the week at Grandpa Dave's farm. When they get there, they notice it is really old and run down. Grandpa Dave still insists he has it under control, and doesn't need help from the neighbors. He won't even let D.W. and Arthur help him, saying they should be having fun on their vacation instead of working.

Trivia

  • The event of a run-down farm and chickens living in the house could either be referencing the classic movie "The Egg and I," or an episode of the Andy Griffith Show.
