Palisades park is a park with a caves called Clark caves where people can go spellunking. In "The cave" Mr. Ratburn's third grade class go on a field trip to the cave. Inside the cave most people are ok with the bats even Arthur despite being initially afraid. In the end Francine and Mr. Ratburn end up running around screaming because of the bats.
