Susy[1] Sipple was the Read family's former next-door neighbor. He is a rabbit. He is not married nor has children and lives alone.
In "D.W. Rides Again," when D.W. makes a face on her bike, Mr. Sipple comes running up to her in his underwear and give her a cabbage.
