The Secret Service is the President's official bodyguard team. Although they specifically guard the president, their character model has been used for other characters who do guard-related jobs. It should be noted that there are dozens of them, and they all look exactly the same.
Appearance
The Secret Service agents are all adult male aardvarks wearing blue suits, white shirts, and blue ties. For their job, they wear sunglasses and an earpiece communicator.

Cameo appearance in a James Hound movie.

Even in the future, they don't age, likely so they can still look identical.

Binky may one day become an agent. Makes sense, considering the practice he got from "The Pride of Lakewood."
