Summary
Arthur and his friends create a club to stop D.W. from bothering them. When they can't agree on the rules of their club the club splits. This leads to more disagreements and more clubs created. They eventually come back together, under D.W.

Goofs and Trivia:
- On the float for Jack's Joke Shop, it says Bill's Joke Shop.
- When Buster goes up the ladder the second time and when he is under the blanket, his skin color is darker than usual, This also happens to Sue Ellen when she leaves Buster's Club except her's is more noticeable.
