(Neil Armstrong technically is not considered an Arthur guest star. An Arthur guest star is a someone like Mister Rogers who is a celebrity who appeared in a different character form, and also the celebrity came in to do the character's voice.)
m (Muppetfan moved page Mister Rogers to Fred Rogers: Fred Rogers is the more proper name for this. Even if he was called Mister Rogers on his show, this is still the equivalent of having a page for Lance Armstrong called "Mr. Armstrong.")

Mister Rogers appears in "Arthur Meets Mister Rogers." He is a special guest voice because he comes from his own program: Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. He gives Arthur some helpful advice about not being afraid. He was also seen in the episode "Elwood City Turns 100", however, his voice wasn't heard.

Mister Rogers died in 2003 from Stomach Cancer.

He is one of two celebrities who guest starred in Arthur who have passed away. The other is Koko Taylor.
