3rd Grade Male Rat is an unnamed character who appears in the show. He is a student at Lakewood Elementary with a minor character role. For example, he plays the flute for the school band in Elwood City Turns 100! His only line occurs while he is walking past Buster, Arthur, and Binky in the episode Buster's Growing Grudge, muttering to himself in a worried tone, "Oh, dear... oh, my... oh..." after Binky claims he likes "to laugh as much as the next guy."
Appearance
3rd Grade Male Rat is a rat with an olive green complexion. He has whiskers and a little hair. He wears a blue-and-white striped pullover and brown pants with blue sneakers. His backpack is green.

- 4th Grade Male Rat maybe his older brother who is a fourth grader at Lakewood.
