Mister Rogers appears in Arthur Meets Mister Rogers. He is a special guest voice because he comes from his own program: Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. He gives Arthur some helpful advice about not being afraid (pictured). He was also seen in the episode Elwood City Turns 100! However, his voice wasn't heard. Arthur appeared on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood Season 29 episode 8 titled Go-Stop-Go during the "Neighborhood of Make-Believe" segment.

Mister Rogers died in 2003 from Stomach Cancer.

He is one of two celebrities who gueststarred in Arthur who have passed away. Koko Taylor is the other one.
