Postcards from Buster is a real TV series starring Buster, a character from Arthur. In this series he travels around the world with his dad, Bo Baxter. Two musicians named Carlos and Mora are also main characters. Characters from the original TV series Arthur, are often seen in Postcards from Buster.
Much of the series is live-action, with Buster taping people with the video camera his mom got him. He tapes his travels and sends the tapes to his mom and his friends.
