Otis is a character that first appeared in Arthur's Eyes as a background character, and later had many other background appearances. In Dancing Fools he is Muffy's dance partner. Throughout the entire series, his only line is "I thought I was supposed to lead."
Appearance
He is a brown colored bear that wears a cream colored sweater, blue jeans, and red and white shoes. He also has short black hair. In some of his cameos he wears glasses, such as in Dancing Fools.
