Summary
A heat wave hits Elwood City and causes a blackout, leaving Arthur and D.W. without TV or air conditioning. Alberto and Vicita's family doesn't mind the blackout...what's their secret?

The episode opens with Dr.Jake talking about the rising temperature. Arthur makes a glass of lemonade and pushes D.W out of the way to get to the air conditioner.
