"Lucy" is an unnamed character who made her first appearance in the episode "D.W. All Wet".
Lucy attends school at the Elwood City Preschool. She spoke a few times in the series like in the episodes "D.W. All Wet" and Sick as a Dog.
She is a background character who makes appearances in the background at the preschool and hangs out with everyone in her class including D.W.
