Thunder MacDuff is a local weatherman. The prize for the Student of the Month contest was lunch with him for the winner and one friend. Muffy and Francine both wanted to meet him. When Brain won the contest, he let Muffy go with him. Muffy calls Thunder MacDuff "dreamy."
