An unnamed psychiatrist appears in Buster's fantasy in "Don't Ask Muffy." In the fantasy, Buster tells him about how he had a dream about chasing a jelly doughnut that kept rolling away. When the psychiatrist asked him how that made him feel, Buster responded with "hungry."
