Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist was an American animated series that originally ran on Comedy Central from May 28, 1995 to December 24, 1999.
It is parodied on Arthur in Arthur's story in "The Contest". Arthur's story involved himself as an 18-year old seeing Dr. Katz for an issue with life. His issue is that his sister had traded his car for one shaped like a pony.
