Winston is the head tech guy of the band BINKY. Like the band, he is Finnish. It was later learned that he feeds the voices of the world's greatest singers into his synthesizer and uses it to write the music for the band.
His character model was used in "Bitzi's Break-up" as a worker at the Elwood City Times.
