William Carlos Williams was a poet who was imprisoned in the Verseburg jail for refusing to rhyme, instead demanding free verse. Although he is capable of rhyming, he simply chooses not to. With Binky, he escapes from the jail in a red wheelbarrow by traveling through a tunnel hidden behind a Rita Hareworth poster. As they part ways, Williams encourages Binky to keep his pursuit of the Purple Orange, while accidentally making a rhyme. "Rhyme for Your Life"
