The Anti-Bionic Gang appeared in "Brother Can You Spare a Clarinet?" where they used their Anti-Bionic Machine to try weakening Bionic Bunny with the Anti-Bionic waves it emitted. Their leader is a bull, and the two henchmen are a rabbit and a bulldog.
They also inspired Binky's Anti-Music Machine.
