Joker Rat is an enemy of Dark Bunny, first seen in "The Last of Mary Moo Cow". He, Aardvarkwoman, and @ Man were walking in a dark alley way until Dark Bunny confronted them. He also appeared in "Double Dare" in Mr. Marco's tape of the episode.
He is a parody of The Joker from Batman.
