@ Man is an enemy of Dark Bunny who first appeared in "The Last Of Mary Moo Cow". He, Joker Rat, and Aardvarkwoman were walking down a dark alley until Dark Bunny confronted them. He also appeared on Mr. Marco's Dark Bunny tape of the episode in "Double Dare."
His bowler hat and non-alphanumeric logo suggests he is a parody of The Riddler from Batman
If @ is pronounced "at symbol", it humorously rhymes with "Bat symbol", from Batman.
