@ Man is a villain that appeared on Mr. Marco's Dark Bunny tape in "Double Dare." He has two henchmen, and they were seen walking down an alley when Dark Bunny confronted them. His bowler hat and non-alphanumeric logo suggests he is a parody of The Riddler from Batman.
If his name is pronounced "at man", is humorously rhymes with "Batman". Likewise the "at symbol" sounds like the "bat signal".
