Admin?

Hello Wendy,

I was wondering if you can grant me admin rights. I have done a ton of categorizing on here and there are a ton of articles that could be deleted on here. The only administrator that has been on here recently is Annawantimes and he is very swampped right now. Our bueaucrat hasn't been on here for a few weeks. Can I become a bueaucrat?
