On June 16, 2015, Arthur asked on Twitter and Facebook for you to submit story ideas for "an upcoming season" (like he has done before). If that means all of season 18 and 19 have both finished production, then that pretty much implies season 20 is happening.
(For the record, while you can put your ideas here, they won't be reviewed and therefore don't count. You have to go directly to the Twitter or Facebook post to submit your idea.)
