Because the wiki belongs to the community, the community runs this wiki. The community is who put Colgatecity into place to begin with and are the only ones that can take him out of his position. Which is why it is imperative that each and every community member gives their opinions as to whether or not this user should be removed. So today voting will begin on this issue.
