When Muffy Steals Arthur’s Drawing he made, Arthur Gets Angry and throws a fit at Muffy, And Then, he gets grounded. Throughout the next days, he also gets grounded for doing things he can't do.
Transcript
(Francine steps into a boxing ring inside a large stadium. A microphone comes down.)
Francine: Presenting the Main Event! The Champion, Arthur Read!
(Arthur walks to the ring while people cheer and throw flowers. He climbs into the ring.)
Arthur: I've been waiting for this fight for years. There's no way I can lose.
Francine: And the challenger. Dora Winifred Read!
(D.W. rides down a ramp on her bicycle and does a somersault into the ring. She is wearing a bicycle helmet and has a unicorn on the back of her robe.Buster takes off Arthur’s robe. D.W. takes off hers and reveals a shirt with a picture of Arthur’s head with Xs for eyes. Buster puts Arthur’s gloves on. Nadine waves her wand and gloves appear on D.W.’s hands. Both Arthur and D.W. get mouthguards. Francine waves both to the center of the ring.)
Arthur: (mumbles through mouth guard) 
(Subtitle: Prepare to lose!)
D.W.: What?
Arthur: (mumbles through mouthguard)
(Subtitle: Prepare to lose!!!)
(D.W. points at the subtitles.)
D.W.: This doesn't help. I can't read.
Francine: Get ready to fight!
(The two boxers circle each other.)
D.W.: Arthur!
Arthur sees D.W. sitting in the audience eating snacks.
Arthur: (mumbles through mouth guard)
Subtitle: Two D.W.’s?
D.W.: No, not two D.W.s. There's only one of me.
In the ring, the other boxer takes off a D.W. mask, revealing himself to be Binky. Arthur’s mouthguard drops out of his mouth.
Binky: We figured you'd rather fight someone your own size.
Arthur: You know. You're right. I would love to fight someone my own size. You wait here. I'll go find someone. (screams)
He runs off, pursued by Binky.
Binky: Come back and fight!
D.W.: (laughs)

Character: (reads title) Arthur Gets Grounded

(Episode starts at Mr. Ratburn’s School)

Mr. Ratburn: Alright class, Time to draw some pictures!

Arthur: Yay!
 
(Arthur finds a place to sit)

Muffy: Hi Arthur!

Arthur: Hi, Muffy, What are you drawing?

Muffy: I’m drawing a picture of butterflies!

Arthur: I’m drawing a picture of balloons!

Muffy: Cool!

Arthur: Wait right there Muffy, Because I have to go to the bathroom.

Muffy: Okay!

Muffy: Okay, Let’s write on Arthur’s picture!

Muffy: Okay, So we have balloons, He Talks, He laughs, He does anything like flying, 

Arthur: Okay, I’m back! (Gasp)

Arthur: YOU!

Muffy: Me?

Arthur: You drew on my drawing!

Arthur: I AM SO MAD AT YOU,

Arthur: YOU ARE SUCH A BAD WRITER!

Arthur: ROOOAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!

Muffy: (crying/runs away)

Mr. Ratburn: Arthur Timothy Read, come here!

Arthur: Uh-Oh, Middle name!

(At Mr. Ratburn’s desk)

Mr. Ratburn: Did you just hurt Muffy’s feelings?

Arthur: Um, Um, Yes!

Mr. Ratburn: You are in time out Arthur!

Arthur: (sigh)

(after school)

(At Arthur’s house)

Mr. Read: Arthur, This means no friends for a week!

Arthur: What?! That is so unfair!

Mrs. Read: You Know better, You Are Grounded.

Arthur: Why? Hmph!

Mrs. Read: You hurtled Muffy’s Feelings! So you're grounded until tomorrow.

(The next day)

Arthur: Ugh! Broccoli, gross! (Pushes broccoli to side)

Mrs. Read: Come on, Arthur,


Mrs. Read: That's it, Arthur, go to your room, no dessert... you're GROUNDED!

Arthur: Not again!
