This is the Unnamed Town as seen on "Grandpa Dave's Old Country Farm." Grandpa Dave's farm is nearby and a mountain called Mount Summit is also close to it. Jane Read, Arthur's mother, grew up near there (inferred as her dad, Grandpa Dave, is said to have lived there for a long time). As Mr. Rogers knew Jane, the town is likely to have been in Pennsylvania, possibly somewhere near Pittsburgh.
