Unknown Female Adult Bear is an unnamed character that appeared in the episode Operation: D.W.!. Not much is known about her and her name was never revealed in the episode. The only thing known is that she is a nurse that works at the Elwood City Hospital. She has not been seen since that episode.

Unknown Female Adult Bear is a bear with a brown complexion. She wore a white shirt, long white pants, and white shoes. She has long brown hair wrapped in a ponytail with a gold colored hair tie.
