Unicorn-dogs are a carnival-style food that only appeared in "The Return of the King." Several of the Lakewood kids were eating some after Brain's trivia challenge. Buster offered Arthur one, but he had something more important to say and ignored the offer. It tastes like and/or is Capon, which is chicken. Its skewer goes out of its "head" resembling a unicorn's horn.
