Tracey Hoyt is a voice actress on Arthur. She voiced Ursa Merkles in the episode "Best Enemies." She also voiced a Pretty Pioneer doll in "Muffy's Classy Classics Club," the episode that aired with "Best Enemies". She also voiced Me Bear in The Care Bears Big Wish Movie, and Keroleen in Keroppi and Friends.
