Tiny Tim is a monkey who wears a brown, old-fashioned cap, a formal navy blue jacket, brown shoes and brown pants. He uses a crutch. Tiny Tim Frensky was the younger brother of Catherine Frensky and Francine Frensky who appeared in Prunella Deegan's dream in "Prunella Gets it Twice". He does not exist in real life. His name came from a book called A Christmas Carol.

In Prunella's dream, the Ghost of Presents Past was listing things Francine did that she did not enjoy in order to save up for Prunella's Polly Locket doll, including looking after him, however, Prunella knew that Francine did not have a brother named Tiny Tim and told the ghost to stick to the facts, to which she replied, "Picky, picky" but complied anyway.
