Tiny Tim was the younger brother of Catherine Frensky and Francine Frensky who appeared in Prunella Deegan's dream in "Prunella Gets it Twice". He does not exist in real life. He is an actual character from "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens, which the episode's plot is based on.

In Prunella's dream, the Ghost of Presents Past was listing things Francine did that she did not enjoy in order to save up for Prunella's Polly Locket doll, including looking after him, however, Prunella knew that Francine did not have a brother named Tiny Tim and told the ghost to stick to the facts, to which she replied, "Picky, picky" but complied anyway.
Appearance[edit]
Tiny Tim is a monkey who wears a brown, old-fashioned cap, a formal navy blue jacket, brown shoes and brown pants. He uses a crutch. Despite his name and him appearing to be about four or five years old, he is about twice the size of Francine, so she had trouble giving him a piggy-back ride.
