Tiny Figgy is a robotic doll Muffy got for her birthday in "Arthur Loses His Marbles". He can walk, move his arms, and sing in Italian. He has a brown beard and wears renaissance-inspired clothing, inferring that he may be a character from a medieval movie or show.
