Tiny Figgy is an opera singer and he is very talented, Muffy discovers later in the series her love of opera, anf Figgy may have been her first exposure to it.
Tiny Figgy is one of the only arthur characters with a proboscis as tiny as his. There was a story-boarded episode that was never made where Figgy goes through an existential crisis based on his small nose. This episode was cut from production due to it's mature content.

There is evidence to suggest that Figgy and Uncle Fred may be in a sneaky secret relationship, but this has yet to be confirmed. Figgy is the son of a wealthy shoemaker in Russia, and his father (Muffy) would frown upon he and Fred's relationship. Also Arthur has shown a dislike for Figgy in the scene where he knocks him over, Arthur may be jealous of the attention his uncle and Rory give the toy.
 
Figgy often dreams of himself and Rory sailing off together into the sunset. But Arthur will not stand for this tomfoolery. Figgy often seduces Arthur to get what he wants, but since Season 12, Arthur has caught on to Figgy's diabolical desires. Uncle Fred isn't nearly as protective,as most uncles put in this situation (we tested 15)  but still tries to defend Arthur against such onslaughts, offering his own foot in place of Arthur.
 
In conclusion Figgy has proven himself to be quite the diabolical tiny FIEND. Some consider him to be the true villain of Arthur, even surpassing Binky Barns and his mom in sheer scariness and poor baking skills.
