Silent Treatment is the first half of the second episode in Arthur season 13.

Plot

George feels left out when his friends leave him out in a game of hide-and-go-seek. He feels that nobody ever notices him and that he is unneeded in the world. He stops talking to everybody, hence the episode name, Silent Treatment. Little does he know, his friends are planning him a surprise party, circled around him.
