"The Secret Life of Dogs and Babies" is the second half of the 3rd episode of season 6 of the animated children's series Arthur. It originally aired on October 8th, 2001.
Plot
Kate and Pal can understand each other, but older people like the rest of the Read family can't. When Mr. Read can't find the figurine that goes on top of the wedding cake he made, Kate and Pal work together to get the figurine on top of the cake before it gets to the wedding ceremony. These are spoofs of "Rugrats" and "Teletubbies".
