The Elwood City Dump

The Elwood City Dump is the offical dump for Elwood city. It doesn't appear in many episodes, but the trash trucks for it still pass by sometimes! Francine's Dad works here. This is also where Arthur got cut when he snuck in here. It's also the place where Francine got a bike from her dad that he pieced together out of recycled parts he got from here. Francine likes her dad's job because he built a playground out of parts from here!
