The Car Talk guys are the hosts of the radio show Car Talk.
They once drove through Elwood City, where they stopped for chocolate malted milk shakes at The Sugar Bowl. Their family car was a '51 Dodge, which one of the brothers ruined by letting it run out of oil.
When Arthur Read called on the show, they helped him solve the problem with his family's car.
