The Ten Spot Diner appears in "Happy Anniversary" when the Reads' van breaks down and they search for help. D.W. only came because her dad mistook the sign as saying "Tin Spot Diner." The known workers are Jay and the manager who lives two hours away. Also, D.W. and Arthur get locked up in the Ten Spot Diner's Storage Room. That's where D.W. finds a tin can of pineapples and gives it to her mom as an anniversary present.
