NOTE: Just for clarification, by using this template on a character's page, it just states that we don't know the name of that specific character who is the subject of the page this is put on. The "Who's OM_BLE" is just for some decoration, we do know who OM_BLE is. When using the template, we are not asking who OM_BLE is, but instead who an unnamed character is, the one that is the main subject of the page that this template is put on.
