Ted Glass is a one-time character from the episode, "Arthur vs. the Very Mean Crossing Guard." He filled in as crossing guard in the episode.
Ted, being a bit of a jokester, kids Arthur and Brain that from now on they have to pay $10.00 to cross the street; he jests that he will send his 'goons' after them if they refuse to pay. He also kids them about their faces being on a Wanted Poster at the Post Office.
