This character along with many other unnamed characters have yet to have their names revealed yet. However there was one episode that was part of Season 13 called Arthur's Number Nightmare that might have revealed the names of every unnamed character, but no one was identified in that episode. 4th Grader?
I have reason to believe this character maybe a 4th grader. Reason why is that after Season 1 this character is not seen in Mrs. Fink's class or an other 3rd grade class except for that time he was in Ratburn's class along with 4th Grade Male Rabbit.
