Slink is a 4th grader who is member of the Tough Customers. Though he is seen with them sometimes, he often does not hangout with them. He came to Lakewood Elementary School sometime after the events in the episode Buster and the Daredevils and has made several appearances in the series since.
Before he came to Lakewood he and his friend Toby were both responsible for making Buster do dares that got Buster in trouble with both Binky and Francine (the dare with Francine being that Buster had to kiss her; he did, and she apparently beat him up). The final dare including Buster eating a bug, which Buster declined.[2] Slink is voiced by Michael Yarmush[citation needed] who originally voiced Arthur in the 1996-2000 seasons.
