Skip Bitterman is Mrs. MacGrady's nephew. He started off as a substitute chef when his aunt, Sarah/Leah MacGrady had been sick with cancer. He is an investment banker after he quit is substitute chef job in "The Great MacGrady." Most of his food was chewy, tough, gooey, smelly, or still moving, because his cooking skills are very terrible.
