Signore Pelato is a barber who runs Signore Pelato Barber Shop. He was first seen in the episode, "D.W., Queen of the Comeback". In the episode, D.W. was getting her hair cut from him, however, he had accidentally cut the wrong part. He offers sugar-less lollipops to the customers as a reward and seems to be a tolerant person. It can be assumed that he is Italian, since 'signore' is a polite address for an Italian man or for a man in an Italian-speaking area.
Appearance
Pelato is most likely an aardvark, considering the shape of his ears. However, his nose is covered in the episode. He has a dark-tan complexion and curly dark brown hair. His outfit consists of a dark blue long-sleeved shirt, a yellow scarf, an apron, and grey pants and shoes.
