'''Season 16''' of {{Arthur}} premiered on October 15, 2012 on [[PBS]] with "[[Based on a True Story]]" and ended on May 10, 2013 with "[[The Best Day Ever]]". It is the first season to be produced by [[9 Story Media Group|9 Story Entertainment]]. It was made in Digital 2-D HD.
